Patrick Charmillot: Switzerland
Patrick has always felt the need to express himself through the form of art. It was in 2014 that he took a decisive turn to devote his time more intensively to his paintings.
He paints intuitively, and believes the construction of an image must strive towards equilibrium to achieve harmony, the intention being to raise the ambient vibration. Vertical, bright, curved lines, straight lines, colours, contrasts, rhythm, are among the elements constituting the vocabulary with which he composes.
Patrick currently lives in Switzerland with his family, and has an atelier where he spends most of his time creating and promoting his artworks. He has participated in both solo and group exhibitions across Europe.
