The extraordinarily diverse beauty of nature often enchants Tzu Chen Chen. It brings her joy and energy when walking alongside the riverbanks, exploring the mountains, forests, or tending to her modest garden.
In this series of works, Tzu Chen Chen strives to capture visions of a kind of supernatural beauty. One that blooms in her imagination, inspired by the motions of a melody and the colors of the wind.
Tzu Chen Chen works with acrylic and water-soluble oil paints, sometimes adding fine sand for texture. She gathers ideas with her camera during her wonderings. Back in the studio, she recomposes them, sometimes combining several images to create the layers of a final image.
